The Role Veeva Link Key People is the "source of truth" for Life Science leaders to find and engage with global scientific experts. As the SeniorManager of Data Operations, you will own the data curation engine for our Link Key People Healthcare Professional product. This is a high-leverage leadership role: you will lead 8 Leads who oversee a global workforce of 500 to 800+ curators. You are the bridge between human expertise and technical innovation, serving as the Data Operations voice within a cross-functional "squad" of Product Managers, Data Engineers, and Data Scientists. Your focus will be to constantly push the bar in established processes and ensure excellent KPIs in terms of quality and efficiency. Drive automation leveraging AI without sacrificing quality. Be a sparring partner to product management through your understanding of the data and curation processes. Lead a high-performing team that is hard-working, fast-learning, and team-first.
