We are looking for an Engineering Team Leader. We deliver projects and features that our Product and Business teams expect to scale business activity with our Carriers and Retailers. By joining us in this role, you will be responsible for managing and leading the team across all people-related matters and engineering delivery and efficiency. You will be part of the Distribusion leadership team and report to our Senior Engineering Manager, eCommerce.
Our eCommerce division has grown rapidly, now exceeding 50 engineers. To support our scaling goals, we’re looking for a leader who can combine strong technical expertise with people management skills, helping teams perform at their best while maintaining operational excellence.
What you will do:
Manage, lead, and grow Engineering teams (people development, people engagement, hiring, etc.)
Take responsibility for the architectural design within the domain
Increase the quality and stability of our services
Plan resources of the team according to the roadmap quarterly
Ensure operational excellence in delivery quality, speed, and communication.
Be responsible for Incident management

We are a remote-first company with teams located around the Globe.
Also, the HQ office is in Berlin, where the team often meets.
