Scale the campaigns that keep millions mentally fit

At NeuroNation, performance marketing is how we reach the people who need us — millions of users and patients building a lifelong habit of caring for their brains. As our Performance Marketing Specialist (m/f/d), you'll own paid growth across mobile and web, with a clear north star: maximise return on ad spend (ROAS) while scaling our B2C and Medical brain-training products through fast, data-driven experimentation.

    What you'll do

    Own campaigns and ROAS

    • Run and scale paid growth campaigns for mobile and web user acquisition across Google App Campaigns (GAC), Apple Search Ads (ASA), native, and social
    • Own ROAS targets and grow spend profitably
    • Direct creative alongside designers and copywriters — ad copy, content, and landing pages

    Experiment and learn

    • Run a rapid experimentation loop (we work from Sean Ellis's Hacking Growth), feeding the latest learnings into new growth experiments
    • Design and run A/B tests to validate ideas quickly
    • Analyse engagement, retention, and behavioural data to guide where you invest

    Collaborate and own the product

    • Partner closely with Business Intelligence, Customer Care, and CRM
    • Be your own user: know the product deeply and help safeguard its quality
    • Bring a growth mindset to the Growth and Product teams, always learning and sharing

    Your profile

    Must-haves

    • Hands-on, personal ownership of performance marketing budgets of at least €20-30K/month
    • 2+ years in performance marketing (Google Search/YouTube, Apple Search Ads, Meta, and similar)
    • Fluent English (our working language); strong German a major plus
    • Sharp analytical instincts — you enjoy digging into engagement, retention, and behavioural data
    • Strong problem-solving and project management skills; comfortable running several workstreams at once
    • A team-player mindset and genuine pleasure in helping colleagues
    • A real interest in brain training and self-improvement, ideally as a user of digital health, education, productivity, or gaming apps
    • Based in Berlin and available to work from the office 3 days/week

    Bonus points

    • Experience with games or gamification
    • A talent for UX or visual design
    • Knowledge of SQL, R, or Python

    • A bespoke onboarding programme to get you up to speed on the role, products, and teams fast
    • A clear working structure where initiative and creativity are valued
    • Flat hierarchies and an open feedback culture
    • Varied tasks in a dynamic, innovative environment
    • An energetic, motivated, well-organised team
