    Responsibilities

    • Support the coordination and delivery of leadership training programs, workshops, and internal learning initiatives

    • Create and update presentations, learning materials, and documentation to ensure high quality and consistency

    • Manage key LMS activities, including content uploads, participant tracking, and data accuracy

    • Prepare and support sessions by coordinating scheduling, invitations and agendas

    • Maintain internal L&D pages and resources to ensure information is current, accessible, and easy to navigate

    • Collaborate with stakeholders across teams to gather feedback and continuously improve learning initiatives

    • Support the analysis of learning data and contribute to reporting and presentations for stakeholders

    • Ensure structured and timely communication via tools such as Outlook, Teams, and internal platforms

    Requirements

    • Currently enrolled in a university program (e.g., Business Psychology, HR, Psychology, Business, or a related field)

    • Strong command of English (written and spoken); German is a plus

    • Strong organizational and coordination skills with a proactive and reliable mindset

    • Experience with MS Office (especially PowerPoint; Excel basics preferred); familiarity with LMS tools is a plus

    • Interest in learning topics such as leadership development, facilitation & organising trainings or organizational development

    • Curiosity to learn, ask questions early, and actively reflect on feedback

    • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in an international environment

    • High attention to detail and a passion for creating engaging learning experiences

    • Our Working Students in Germany receive a competitive monthly salary:

      • €1,566 for a 20-hour/week contract

      • €1,253 for a 16-hour/week contract

      • €1,400 for a full-time internship position
