Role Overview
We’re looking for a hands-on Revenue Technology Consultant to improve how our revenue teams operate. You’ll partner with RevOps and stakeholders to identify inefficiencies and deliver practical solutions across Salesforce and the broader GTM stack (enrichment, sales intelligence, meeting intelligence, automation, AI).
You own delivery within your scope - from understanding the problem and defining the right solution, through build and implementation, to rollout and adoption with stakeholders.
What You’ll Do
Partner with Sales, RevOps, and CS stakeholders to understand challenges, proactively identify friction in revenue processes, and translate these into clear, effective system improvements.
Design and implement solutions across Salesforce and adjacent tools, balancing speed and scalability
Improve core workflows (lead routing, pipeline management, CPQ, customer lifecycle) to reduce friction and increase efficiency
Ensure tools are simple, well-integrated, and adopted by end users
Improve data quality and support reporting so teams can rely on the data for decisions
Use AI to speed up your own work and embed it into workflows where it adds real, measurable value
How You Work
Business-focused, with a strong emphasis on solving meaningful problems and improving outcomes
Take ownership of problems and drive them through to implementation within your scope
Focus on impact over activity, prioritizing work that improves revenue outcomes and team efficiency
You will build solutions across multiple tools across the Revenue Tech Stack, not just Salesforce.
Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Proactively identify issues and opportunities instead of waiting for direction
What We’re Looking For
3–5 years in Salesforce, RevOps, or GTM systems roles, ideally in a SaaS environment
Strong Salesforce skills (Flows, automation, data model) and confidence working hands-on in the platform
Experience with CPQ or quote-to-cash processes
Familiarity with tools like Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, meeting intelligence tools (e.g., Vinton), or similar GTM tools
Proven ability to understand business goals and design technical solutions that effectively achieve them
Ownership mindset — able to work independently within a defined scope
Comfortable using AI tools (e.g., Langdock, Claude Code) to improve both how you work and the solutions you build
Experience working with Salesforce AI capabilities (e.g., Einstein features, AI-driven automation, or similar) is a plus
Practical experience applying AI to sales or revenue workflows (e.g., enrichment, scoring, summarization, or automation)
Nice to Have
Salesforce certifications
RevOps / Business Systems background
What Success Looks Like
Users are enabled to work more effectively, with systems that support their day-to-day success
Technology is aligned with the company’s strategic revenue goals
Processes are intuitive, scalable, and consistently adopted across teams
Data is trusted and supports confident decision-making
AI and automation are applied where they create meaningful efficiency gains and reduce manual effort

In addition to our great team, culture, and our shared goal of empowering people with data, there are many other things that make Statista a great place to work! Join us and benefit from:
