    About the Role

    We're looking for a Senior Behavioural Scientist to join our DACH team and help translate cutting-edge science into meaningful, lasting change for our enterprise clients.

    As a German-speaking Senior Behavioural Scientist, you will embody the scientist-practitioner model - combining rigorous behavioural science with deep enterprise context. Your primary goal is to empower CoachHub's top customers to drive meaningful change through digital coaching.

    You will operate at the intersection of strategy, consulting, and commercial impact, partnering closely with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Product. As a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, you will shape client outcomes, support revenue growth, and actively contribute to innovation across the business.

    Key Responsibilities

    This role is primarily a client-facing consultancy role. The majority of your time (~80–90%) will be spent in strategic account consultation - partnering with Sales and Customer Success to win and retain enterprise clients. Thought leadership, innovation, and enablement complement this but are secondary in time investment.

    Strategic Account Consultation

    You will act as an expert advisor across the full customer lifecycle, leading strategic conversations with enterprise clients and connecting behavioral science directly to business priorities.

    • Lead strategic account consultations in pre- and post-sales contexts, partnering with the VP DACH Sales, Account Executives, and Customer Success Managers

    • Advise on coaching strategy, program design, evaluation approaches, multi-stakeholder contracting, change management, and communication strategy for complex, globally scaled programs

    • Design and conduct science-driven pre-, mid-, and post-program evaluations at both quantitative and qualitative levels to assess behavioral change and program impact - a core deliverable of this role

    • Develop tailored business cases and ROI narratives showcasing the value of behavioral change interventions

    • Pitch solution proposals to C-level executives and HR stakeholders, including formal RFP processes

    • Deliver use-case-based strategic workshops supporting renewals, churn, and account expansion - significantly influencing global account success and internal revenue growth

    • Establish and actively shape science-based content for pre-sales pitch decks, influencing the quality and positioning of CoachHub's offerings

    • Contribute to account strategy development, deal reviews, and forecast discussions across regional and global teams

    Thought Leadership

    You will represent CoachHub as a visible expert in the DACH market, contributing to the broader conversation around coaching, leadership, and organizational transformation.

    • Act as a speaker at leading regional industry and scientific events, in close collaboration with Marketing

    • Serve as a regional expert in coaching in the workplace, with deep expertise spanning HR, L&D, behavioral science, behavioral change, organizational transformation, change management, and leadership development

    • Deliver webinars and masterclasses on the latest HR and L&D topics

    • Give interviews to established regional newspapers and magazines

    • Support Marketing with localized content, account-based marketing initiatives, and thought leadership strategy

    Innovation

    You will bridge research and practice - ensuring that scientific insights translate into real-world application and product innovation.

    • Collaborate with R&D, Product, and internal stakeholders to scope and develop features that enhance CoachHub's offering and contribute to strategically and commercially relevant projects

    • Partner with CoachHub's Science Council and academic institutions to access the latest coaching research and generate joint research opportunities

    • Act as a trusted advisor across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Product, Coach Relations, and Sales Enablement

    Enablement

    You will strengthen internal capabilities so that teams can effectively communicate and apply behavioral science in every client interaction.

    • Partner with Sales Enablement and the VP DACH Sales to upskill regional and global revenue teams

    • Develop and deliver training on coaching use cases (e.g. change and transformation, digital transformation) and CoachHub's solutions

    • Conduct regional enablement sessions and workshops to sharpen consulting and sales capabilities

    • Support the development of materials for pre- and post-sales activities

    Your Profile

    Essential

    • At least 5 years of experience in HR, L&D, Talent Management, Leadership Development, Workforce Transformation, or a related field, including a minimum of 3 years in a client-facing or consulting capacity with large enterprise clients

    • Experience presenting to senior stakeholders, including C-level

    • Master's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or equivalent

    • Strong ability to build trusted partnerships with internal and external stakeholders at executive level

    • Demonstrable experience with data analytics, statistics, and/or evaluation methodology — including ROI studies, impact assessments, or people analytics in an organizational context

    • Business fluent in German and professional fluency in English

    • Willingness to travel up to 20%

    Preferred
