The Role As a Principal Consultant in our Events Business Consulting practice, you will help customers bring treatments to patients faster by transforming how they work with Technology, Data, and AI. You will focus on reshaping operating models, driving organizational change, and measuring tangible business value.   Events are highly regulated, strategic interactions like Speaker Programs, Advisory Boards, and Congresses that offer a depth of engagement unmatched by digital touchpoints. Our Business Consultants help identify and optimize bottlenecks across the entire event lifecycle to establish a scalable and compliant operating model. By shifting the focus from operational checklists to strategic execution, we integrate events into the end-to-end commercial journey to drive meaningful HCP relationships.
