We have a lean 5-people engineering team, but the impact is massive. This role sits at the center of what we're building next: agentic AI systems that observe, decide, and act on real-world property operations, with humans in the loop where it matters.

What you will do:

Own features E2E, understand the business so well that you’re able to figure things out yourself.
Bring our legacy system up to par to what we need in 2026 and redesign our data structures.
Design and build agentic AI workflows: systems that handle guest communication (chat and voice), operational decisions, and property tasks with increasing autonomy.
Communicate with our internal teams. Shadow real workflows to uncover inefficiencies, workarounds, and hidden steps. Turn messy processes into clean software.

Important: You own problems, not tickets. You scope, ship, and iterate. Product thinking is not optional here.
