    Overview

    The Sales Team Lead is a pivotal commercial role responsible for leading, coaching, and developing a sales team. The position focuses on driving sales performance, optimizing pipeline management, and ensuring operational excellence to support sustainable revenue growth.

    You will work closely with Sales Leadership and cross-functional teams to execute strategic initiatives, maintain KPI ownership, and foster a high-performance culture.     Key Responsibilities

    1. Sales Performance & Operations

    • Drive commercial performance and contribute to sustainable revenue growth.

    • Lead day-to-day sales execution and monitor weekly and monthly KPIs.

    • Own pipeline management and ensure accurate, disciplined forecasting.

    • Maintain visibility over pipeline health, market developments, and overall sales performance.

    • Collaborate with Sales Leadership to improve sales processes and operational efficiency.

    • Implement and reinforce best practices, reporting standards, and performance tracking to ensure consistent execution.

    2. Team Leadership & Coaching

    • Lead and inspire a high-performing sales team in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment, setting clear expectations and standards for success.

    • Drive a strong performance culture built on accountability, consistency, and continuous improvement.

    • Coach and develop team members through regular 1:1s, deal reviews, live feedback, and hands-on support.

    • Partner with Sales Leadership on hiring, onboarding, and developing top talent to ensure long-term team strength.

    • Identify growth opportunities within the team and actively support career development and internal progression.

    • Improved sales productivity, conversion rates, and overall team efficiency.

    Who You Are

    • 4–6+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or sales leadership roles.

    • Proven experience managing, mentoring, or coaching sales teams in fast-paced environments.

    • Strong understanding of sales KPIs, pipeline management, and sales operations.

    • Hands-on, proactive mindset with strong leadership and coaching capabilities.

    • Familiarity with CRM systems; experience with Salesforce is a plus.

    • Additional European language (German, Italian, or French) is a strong plus.

    • Comfortable working in a high-performance, office-based environment.
