Mission
Integral was founded in October 2024 and is already one of the fastest-growing startups in Germany. We're building the leading AI-native platform for accounting, payroll, and tax for European SMEs, and we're looking for the sharpest people to help us get there. The growth engine is running. Now we need someone to make it faster, smarter, and impossible to slow down.As our GTM Engineer, you own the technical layer that powers every revenue-generating team at Integral: Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships. In other words, you are a force multiplier that builds the systems to unlock scalable value and momentum. You build the agentic stack, connect the data flows, and eliminate every bottleneck that stands between our team and closed deals.
Core responsibilities
What you'll do:- Identify, build and continuously optimize the agentic stack that powers all GTM teams
- Own the full tooling layer: automation workflows, data enrichment, and integrations end-to-end
- Connect and maintain data flows between GTM and Product so nothing falls through the cracks
- Identify and eliminate operational bottlenecks that slow down sales momentum
- Evaluate, implement, and iterate on new tools faster than the market moves
- You own the entire GTM tech layer, not a slice of it
- Direct collaboration with the GTM Lead, the Sales team, and Product
- You will see the direct commercial impact of everything you build
- Early enough to shape the stack from scratch, with the resources to do it properly
Your profile
Your experience and mindset- 2 to 4 years of experience in a GTM engineering, Revenue Operations, or Sales Engineering role
- Hands-on experience building automation workflows and integrations across GTM tools (HubSpot, Clay, Apollo, Zapier, Make, or similar)
- Comfortable working with APIs, webhooks, and data pipelines without needing an engineer to hold your hand
- Obsessed with AI-native tooling and agentic workflows: you have built things with LLMs, not just used them
- You think in systems: you see the whole flow before you touch a single tool
- High ownership: you ship, you iterate, you improve
- Built, deployed, and continuously improved AI agents for end-to-end workflows that directly contributed to growing the top line
- Familiarity augmenting your work with Claude CoWork (and similar)
- Background in a high-growth B2B SaaS or fintech environment
- Experience integrating GTM and Product data layers
- Familiarity with the German SME or accounting and tax market.
