    You will be working in:

    English (German is a big plus)

    How you will make an impact:

    • Planning and maintaining project roadmaps including timelines and milestones.

    • Monitoring deadlines and identifying bottlenecks early.

    • Working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.

    • Creating engaging presentations aligned with our brand guidelines.

    • Participating in client meetings, taking notes, and following up on action items.

    • Supporting the account management team with client requests and issues.

    • Acting as the liaison between clients and internal teams.

    • Coordinating onboarding processes for tracking tools, including documentation and stakeholder communication.

    • Facilitating communication between clients and our analytics team, plus handling internal admin tasks (e.g. maintaining Zoho CRM).

    • Preparing and managing quotes in BC365 (finance management tool), including tracking approvals.

    Skills you will need to be successful:

    • A degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.

    • A basic understanding of marketing channels and tactics.

    • Some experience in a client support role.

    • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask.

    • Skilled at creating presentations (e.g. using PowerPoint).

    • Excellent communication skills in German and English, both spoken and written.

    • Familiarity with project management tools and processes.

    • Great attention to detail and a strong sense of quality.

    • Proactive, team-oriented, and hands-on approach in a fast-paced environment.

    • Experience with tools like Zoho or Business Central 365 is a plus.
