What you'll work on:
Ship full-stack features end-to-end, owning the full lifecycle from conception to production with minimal oversight.
Build and maintain the infrastructure powering Fastino's services, keeping systems reliable and performant as we scale.
Work directly with AI researchers to bring new model capabilities into the product, moving fast without sacrificing quality.
Translate user feedback into product improvements, closing the loop quickly between what customers experience and what gets shipped.
Collaborate daily with the full team to review progress, surface blockers, and keep velocity high.
What We’re Looking For:
Required: 3+ years of hands-on software engineering experience, with a track record of owning features from design to deployment.
Required: Strong Python skills; comfort in TypeScript is a plus but not required.
Required: You thrive in ambiguity and can balance speed and scalability without needing a playbook.
Optional: Experience building or integrating with LLM-based systems or AI infrastructure.
Optional: Familiarity with high-concurrency backend systems or low-latency API design.
