Was du mitgestaltest: Übernahme der Aufgaben einer Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit nach § 6 ASiG und DGUV V2 an den Standorten der SAP SE in Berlin, Dresden und weiteren. Enger Austausch mit der zentralen Abteilung im Headquarter Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit mit Stakeholdern an den Standorten, z.B. aus den Bereichen Facility, Health, Brandschutz, Security, Standortvertretung und Betriebsrat Aufbau, Pflege und kontinuierliche Verbesserung des Arbeitsschutzmanagementsystem (ISO 45001): Dezentrale Prozesse standardisieren Schnittstellen zu relevanten Abteilungen definieren Wirksamkeitskontrollen durchführen Toolunterstützende Erstellung und Dokumentation von Safety Prozessen Sicherheitstechnische Betreuung in der flexiblen Büroarbeitsumgebung: Unterstützung bei der Erstellung und Aktualisierung von Gefährdungsbeurteilungen Erstellen, analysieren und auswerten von Fragebögen psychischer wie physischer Belastungen Beratung bei der Gestaltung von Arbeitsplätzen und Arbeitsabläufen Sicherheitstechnische Betreuung der technischen und kundenorientierten Bereichen: Unterstützung bei der Erstellung und Aktualisierung von Gefährdungsbeurteilungen Beratung zu Arbeits- und Gesundheitsschutz bei z.B. Bauprojekten, Veranstaltungen, Kundenprojekten, Fremdfirmenmanagement, Videostudios Erarbeitung von innovativen Schulungsunterlagen beispielweise in den Bereichen Fremdfirmenmanagement und Facilitymanagement Durchführung von Safety Audits im Bereich der technischen Infrastruktur an den Standorten Kampagnen konzeptionell entwickeln und umsetzen Schulung von Führungskräften und Beschäftigten zum Arbeitsschutz Unterstützung zum rechtssicheren Umgang im Arbeitsschutz Analyse von Prozessen und Erarbeitung von Verbesserungsvorschlägen (Integration des Arbeitsschutzes in die operativen Abläufe) Unfallanalyse, Vorschläge zu Präventionsmaßnahmen Beratung bei der Beschaffung von Arbeitsmittel Mitarbeit bei der Einführung neuer Tools Was du mitbringst: Sicherheitsingenieur:in (Diplom, Master, Bachelor) oder Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit Zusatzqualifikationen erwünscht Brandschutzbeauftragte, Strahlenschutzbeauftragte, Kenntnisse im Umweltschutz, SiGeKo etc.) Branchenkenntnisse erwünscht Kenntnisse im Veranstaltungsmanagement, Fremdfirmenmanagement, Notfallmanagement und Facilitymanagement von Vorteil Kenntnisse im Projektmanagement, auch bei Bau- und Umbauprojekten Sehr gute Englisch- und MS-Teams und MS Office-Kenntnisse Hohes Engagement, Qualitäts- und Servicedenken Gute Organisations- und Koordinationsfähigkeit Hohe Sozialkompetenz und Teamfähigkeit Positive Grundhaltung und offene Kommunikation Lösungsorientierung und diplomatisches Geschick Aufgeschlossenheit für interkulturelle Themen Belastbarkeit, Flexibilität und Humor Kreativität und Präsentationssicherheit Wo du hingehörst: In unserem Team praktizieren wir eine vertrauensvolle Zusammenarbeit.
