Game Economy Designer (f/m/d) We are looking for a Game Economy Designer to join the Idle Bank Tycoon team and help us take the game to its next big milestones. You’ll work closely with the team to shape the game’s economy, build models for new features, design challenges and promotions based on player behaviour and segmentation, and ensure a healthy balance across inflation, progression, and in-game systems. In this role, you’ll thrive in an agile, fast-moving environment, using player data, community insights, and your solid F2P expertise to identify future features and deepen our understanding of what motivates our players. Based in our Berlin office, you’ll collaborate daily with a passionate and skilled team dedicated to pushing the quality bar for idle games even higher.
