    We’re looking for a Creative Data Scientist focused on marketing creatives and user acquisition. You will apply data science, statistics, and A/B testing methodologies to test, analyse, and optimise ad creatives at scale, directly impacting paid growth performance.

    This is a hands-on role rooted in live experiments, real ad spend, and measurable results.

    What You'll Do 🎯

    • Apply data science and statistical methods to analyse and predict the performance of ads and marketing creatives across UA channels.

    • Design, run, and evaluate A/B and multivariate tests using experimentation and statistical analysis.

    • Build data-driven frameworks to decide which creatives to scale, iterate on, or stop.

    • Use AI and ML tools to support creative scoring, testing, and performance analysis in production.

    • Partner closely with Creative and UA teams to embed data science into creative experimentation workflows.

    • Translate experimental results into clear recommendations for campaign and creative strategy.

    • Proven experience applying data science to A/B testing in marketing, growth, or user acquisition.

    • Strong hands-on background in statistical testing, experiment design, and result interpretation.

    • Proficiency in Python for data analysis and experimentation workflows.

    • Experience working with performance data, SQL, and cloud-based data platforms.

    • Ability to communicate experiment results clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
