Founders Associate

About the Role

This is a high-ownership generalist role sitting directly alongside the founding team of a fast-growing B2B go-to-market agency in Berlin. You will act as a strategic sparring partner and operator, taking end-to-end responsibility for critical projects that shape how the company scales. The role matters because it sits at the intersection of strategy, automation, and execution at a pivotal growth stage.

What You'll Do

• Own strategic projects from start to finish, building and scaling processes using AI and automation tools such as n8n, Make.com, and Zapier.

• Take full responsibility for financial planning, including budgeting, forecasting, and developing scalable processes for sustainable growth.

• Identify optimization opportunities and automate operational workflows using AI-native tooling and automation platforms.

• Build data-driven decision foundations through modern business intelligence structures using tools like Snowflake and Looker Studio.

• Serve as a close advisor to the founders on key decisions, bringing independent perspective to shape the growth trajectory.

• Develop and launch new business ideas and go-to-market strategies from concept through to execution.

• Create clarity on complex topics through rigorous analysis, structured decision frameworks, and actionable implementation plans.

• Mentor team members and interns, modeling a high-quality, can-do standard of work.

What We're Looking For

• 1 to 3 years of professional experience in fast-moving environments such as startups, consulting, or venture capital.

• Native or C2-level German proficiency, plus fluent English, both written and spoken.

• Hands-on experience building and managing operational processes with AI and automation tools (n8n, Make.com, Zapier, or similar).

• Experience with financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting in a business context.

• Demonstrated ability to develop data-driven insights and work with BI tools such as Snowflake, Looker Studio, or equivalents.

• Experience developing and executing go-to-market strategies or new business initiatives from concept to launch.

• Experience managing or mentoring team members or interns.

• Background in B2B SaaS or B2B technology environments is a strong plus.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree completed.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: EUR 36,000 to EUR 75,000 per year, depending on experience. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
