About the role

As Synthflow continues to scale, so does the complexity of how we build products. We’re looking for a Technical Product Manager to help create the operating system behind our Product organization.

This is an execution-first role for someone who enjoys bringing structure to fast-moving environments. You’ll work across Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Professional Services, and GTM to ensure our teams have the processes, insights, and operational foundations they need to ship quickly and reliably.

You’ll own product operations, analytics, documentation and product discovery, freeing up senior product leadership to focus on long-term strategy while giving you the opportunity to grow into broader Product Management ownership over time.

What you’ll do

• Partner with Engineering, Customer Success, GTM, and Professional Services to coordinate feature delivery, releases, and cross-functional initiatives.

• Build and maintain product analytics, dashboards, and reporting using tools like PostHog to measure adoption, quality, and business impact.

• Gather and synthesize customer feedback from calls, support, and internal teams to support product discovery and prioritization.

• Write clear product requirements, release notes, and internal documentation that enable teams to execute efficiently.

• Use AI tools and automation to improve product workflows, reduce manual work, and help the team move faster.
  

What we’re looking for

• 2–5 years of experience in Product Operations, Technical Product Management, Product Management, Technical Program Management, Solutions Engineering, or a similar cross-functional role.

• Strong operational instincts; you enjoy bringing structure to ambiguity and keeping multiple stakeholders aligned and accountable.

• Technically comfortable, with experience working alongside engineers and familiarity with APIs, product analytics, and technical tooling. Bonus if you’ve worked with SQL or Python.

• Customer-oriented, with the ability to translate customer feedback into clear product requirements and actionable insights.

• Excellent written communication and documentation skills, with a high bar for organization and attention to detail.

• AI-native and excited to use tools like Cursor, Claude Code, and ChatGPT to improve how you and your team work.
