    Your mission

We’re building Europe’s leading workplace intelligence platform. Following our $23M Series B, we’re entering an exciting phase of rapid growth, and you’ll be joining at a pivotal moment in our journey.

Booking and team scheduling are at the core of deskbird, the reason 1,400+ companies trust us to run their hybrid workplaces. This domain covers how employees plan their work locations, book resources, and coordinate team presence.

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to take full ownership of our Booking & Team Scheduling squad. You will inherit a strong engineering team and a product with proven traction. The domain is rich, spanning booking flows, scheduling policies, and calendar integrations. Ramping into this takes real effort, and we expect a 3–4 month investment before you’re fully autonomous.

Your work will directly influence win rates and customer retention, making it easier for employees worldwide to coordinate their workdays.

    In this role you will

    • Own the Booking & Team Scheduling domain - Take full ownership of this product area with your squad. You own the team’s backlog, drive feature development, and are accountable for customer, technical, and business impact.
    • Go deep on a rich domain - From booking rules and scheduling policies to floor plan experience and calendar integrations, there’s plenty to learn. We’ll invest in your ramp-up, but we need someone who thrives in complexity rather than avoiding it.
    • Prioritize ruthlessly - Balance customer requests, enterprise deal requirements, platform scalability, and technical debt. Use data and customer insight, not loudest-voice-wins, to decide what to build next. Align priorities with our strategy and architecture.
    • Partner with Design & Engineering - Deliver outstanding user experiences in an agile environment. Maintain a feasible, well-refined backlog. Facilitate key ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Refinements, Retros). Work with your engineers on eye-level to find solutions that fit our architecture.
    • Drive cross-squad alignment - You’ll work closely with teams across Mobile, Workplace Intelligence, and the application platform to ensure a coherent product experience.
    • Leverage AI in your craft - We expect you to use AI tools actively in your PM workflow, for discovery, data analysis, prototyping, spec writing, or customer research. We’re building an AI-forward product org, and every PM is expected to lead by example.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders - Formulate and test hypotheses with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring the delivery of high-impact solutions. Engage directly with enterprise customers to understand their workspace challenges.

What you need to be successful

    • 5+ years as a Product Manager, with at least 3 years in mid-market or enterprise B2B SaaS.
    • Proven success delivering complex B2B software solutions, using quantitative (KPIs, metrics) and qualitative data (user research, customer interviews) for prioritization.
    • Strong technical acumen. You collaborate with engineers on eye-level and can navigate discussions about architecture, APIs, and system design. You understand trade-offs between short-term delivery and long-term scalability.
    • You actively use AI tools in your product management work and can demonstrate concrete examples. This is a real requirement, not a buzzword.
    • Strong communication and stakeholder alignment skills. You can present to C-level executives and support junior team members equally well.
    • Fluent in English. German is a strong plus but not required.
    • Based in Berlin or Munich.

    Bonus points for:
    • Experience in workplace management, proptech, facility management, or HR tech.
    • Experience with rule-based or configuration-heavy product domains (e.g., scheduling, resource management, ERP, IWMS, or similar). You know what it means to manage a product where edge cases are part of daily life.
    • A technical background (Computer Science degree or equivalent experience).
    • Experience in a scaling B2B SaaS environment (€5m–€30m ARR).

    What’s in it for you?

    • Unlimited Annual Leave - take the time you need to recharge.
    • Annual company summit: Meet the whole team at our yearly summit in inspiring locations across Europe (check out the video from our last summit).
    • Team “Bursts”: Unlimited opportunities to collaborate with your team in person.
    • Home office support: Financial contribution to set up a comfortable, productive home office.
    • Learning & development: Annual budget for coaching, certifications, and conferences.
    • Joy budget: Annual budget to spend on activities that spark joy, connection, and shared energy.
