About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer to join our Revenue Technology team. This is a full-stack role spanning both configuration and development, requiring deep technical expertise across the entire Salesforce platform.
You will be the technical backbone of our Salesforce platform — owning the design and delivery of complex solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CPQ, while working closely with business stakeholders to translate process requirements into scalable, well-architected systems.
What You Will Do
Design and build complex Salesforce Flows, validation rules, and automation to support Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Contract Management processes
Develop Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, and Lightning Web Components for requirements that go beyond declarative capabilities
Own the technical design of CPQ solutions including product configuration, pricing rules, quote templates, and contract amendments
Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms such as MuleSoft
Manage deployments across sandbox and production environments using CI/CD best practices and change sets
Take ownership of technical design decisions, ensuring solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with Salesforce best practices
Contribute to platform governance data model design, security model, profile and permission set architecture, and org health
Partner with the Process team to review business requirements early and identify technical risks before build begins
Define and document technical specifications that junior developers and admins can execute against
Act as a technical reviewer for peer work and contribute to raising the overall quality bar of the team
Work directly with business stakeholders across Sales, CS, Finance, and Operations to understand requirements and translate them into well-scoped technical solutions
Participate in business process design sessions and contribute a technical perspective to how processes should be structured before they are built
Communicate technical decisions clearly to non-technical stakeholders explaining trade-offs, constraints, and recommendations in plain language
Use AI tools (e.g. Einstein, Agentforce, or third-party LLM integrations) to enhance forecasting, opportunity scoring, and automated content generation within Salesforce
Evaluate and prototype AI-assisted workflows such as intelligent lead routing, AI-generated task recommendations, and automated data enrichment and assess their suitability for production
Stay current with Salesforce AI developments and contribute ideas on where AI can replace manual processes or improve data quality within the existing architecture
What You Bring
Essential Experience
5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience in a professional environment
Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and the Salesforce data model
Deep experience with Salesforce Flow including Record-Triggered, Screen, and Scheduled Flows and a clear view of when to use declarative vs programmatic approaches
Proven experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations at scale
Hands-on CPQ experience product rules, pricing logic, quote-to-contract lifecycle, and amendments
Experience designing and building integrations with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs
Solid understanding of Salesforce security model profiles, permission sets, field-level security, sharing rules, and OWD
Familiarity with deployment tooling change sets, Salesforce CLI, and version control workflows
Practical use of LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) for documentation, requirements drafting, or delivery acceleration
Understanding of AI concepts (prompt engineering, RAG, agents) sufficient to evaluate and scope AI-augmented Salesforce features
Nice to Have
Experience with MuleSoft or equivalent integration middleware
Exposure to Salesforce CPQ billing or subscription management
Salesforce certifications - Platform Developer I/II, CPQ Specialist, or B2B Commerce
Experience working in a Revenue Operations or commercial technology context
Familiarity with Agentforce or Salesforce AI features
Ways of Working
You are comfortable owning solutions end-to-end from requirements through to deployment without needing close supervision
You ask the right questions before building, not after
You document your work clearly and treat maintainability as part of the definition of done
You can work across teams and communicate technical complexity in a way that builds trust with non-technical stakeholders
