    What you’ll do here at Sharpist

    Lead Sharpist's New Business Sales team to consistent ARR growth! As our Team Lead New Business Sales in Berlin, you'll close your own deals, coach a high-performing team, and drive the systems that make winning repeatable.

    As Team Lead New Business Sales, you sit at the intersection of hands-on selling and team leadership. You'll carry your own book of business while building the structure, playbooks, and culture that make your team reliably hit target. This role reports directly to the CEO and is a critical accelerator of Sharpist's growth.

    Within 1 month, you will…

    • Deeply understand Sharpist's mission, ICP, personas, and value proposition

    • Audit the current new business pipeline, team setup, and ways of working

    • Take ownership of your own client portfolio and begin closing deals

    • Build rapport with your team members and identify quick wins

    Within 1 quarter, you will…

    • Lead the team to consistently sign new business ARR against quarterly targets

    • Run a reliable forecast set at the beginning of each quarter

    • Implement and embed Sharpist's Sales Playbook across the team

    • Launch structured initiatives to improve win rate, deal size, and sales cycle

    • Establish power hours, calling days, and a rhythm of deal reviews and 1:1s

    Within 1 year, you will…

    • Build a consistently high-performing new business team where each IC has clear sight of their individual quota targets

    • Own and continuously improve the pitch, proposals, and solution workshop

    • Drive tight alignment between Sales and Marketing on pipeline-building missions

    • Make Sharpist's new business engine a competitive advantage — documented, scalable, and constantly improving
