Senior Product Manager

THE ROLE

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager (f/m/d) to join our Product Team and help shape AI-driven procurement solutions. In this role, you will own the product lifecycle end-to-end and drive the development of innovative AI products and agentic workflows.

Working closely with founders, engineering, and commercial teams, you will define product strategy, execute ambitious roadmaps, and deliver measurable customer impact. As a tech-driven, YC-backed company, we are building the future of procurement and sourcing through intelligent automation and AI-first products.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ownership of Product Development Lifecycle. 

• Internal Product Enablement. Ambitious Product Management & Roadmap Development to grow our Product Landscape as well as deepen the usage of each existing customer.

• Coverage of entire Team Management within Alpas Values. 

YOUR EXPERIENCE

• Experience in  B2B SaaS Enterprise [must]

• Experience in AI Products and Agentic Workflows [must]

• Experience in Procurement Area [best]

• 3-4 years in Product Management Experience

• Tier One University (i.e. TUM, St Gallen/ HSG, LSE, Oxford, Cambridge) [best]

• OR Tier One Tech Company (i.e. AI scale up, AI company or big tech) [best]

• EN fluent 

Needed Hard-Skills

• Agile Development Experience 

• JIRA or similar tool experience

• Prompt engineering, analytics/data literacy, or API/technical fluency with AI tools

Needed Soft-Skills

• Broad Communication skills with internal & external stakeholder

• Self organisation &  Hands On Mentality

• Wants to build up the product function for larger product developments

Nice-to-Have: 

• Experience in procurement, supply chain
