    About the Position

    As we continue our journey toward becoming the world's most loved drink brand, attracting exceptional talent remains one of our highest priorities. As our new (Jr.) Talent Acquisition Manager & Sourcer, you'll play a key role in helping us build high-performing teams by identifying, engaging, and hiring outstanding people who will shape the future of HOLY.

    You'll own full-cycle recruiting processes for a variety of roles while supporting our broader hiring strategy through proactive sourcing and talent pipeline development. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, eager to learn, and excited to contribute to both hiring excellence and company culture in a fast-paced environment.

    Responsibilities:

    • Full-Cycle Recruitment
      Own end-to-end recruiting processes across multiple functions—from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and supporting successful closes. Maintain top quality standards to ensure we're bringing in not just skill matches but true culture adds.
    • Strategic Sourcing & Talent Pipeline Development
      Proactively identify, engage, and convert top talent via LinkedIn, Boolean search, referrals and other creative sourcing channels. Build and maintain robust pipelines across multiple functions—not only for roles you own, but for all open positions that need sourcing and pipeline support.
    • Process Improvement & Recruiting Operations
      Support the optimization of our ATS, improve interview workflows, maintain recruiting documentation, and help create efficient systems that enable sustainable growth.
    • Build your own personal brand Contribute to creating compelling content on LinkedIn that resonates with potential candidates and positions us as an employer of choice.


    About You

    We're looking for someone who combines recruitment expertise with a passion for building great teams!

    Experience & Expertise:

    • Experience in Talent Acquisition: 1–2 years of experience in Recruiting, Talent Acquisition, or Headhunting.
    • Full-Cycle Recruiting: Experience managing recruitment processes from sourcing through offer and close.
    • Sourcing Excellence: Strong LinkedIn sourcing and Boolean search skills, with the ability to identify and engage top talent.
    • Structured Interviewing: Experience conducting structured interviews with a strong focus on cultural fit.
    • HR Systems: Familiarity with HR systems; experience with Personio is a strong plus.
    • Technical Skills: Experience with Notion is a strong plus.
    • Language Proficiency: Fluency in both English and German is a MUST.

    The Process

    As we are experiencing rapid growth and have ambitious plans, the optimal start date for the position is today. Nonetheless, we are prepared to patiently await the arrival of the ideal candidate, recognizing that quality ultimately yields the best results.

  1. Getting to know you: You’ll chat with Luca, our Talent Acquisition Lead, about HOLY, the role, your experience, and whether expectations align.
  2. Case study & on-site interview: Once you have successfully completed the first interview, you will receive a case study. In a second meeting at our office, Luca and Eric (Talent Acquisition Manager) will discuss it with you. You will also get to know our wider People Team.
  3. Reference calls: At this stage, we’d like to connect with 1–2 former colleagues or managers who have worked closely with you. These conversations help us better understand your working style and strengths from those who know you professionally.
  4. Interview with Matze: As a strong cultural fit is important to us, you will have a final meeting with Matze , one of our HOLY Founders. This gives both you and us the opportunity for a final check.
  5. Job offer and decision: If everything goes well, you will receive an offer and we are ready to embark you this journey together with you!
  6. Typically his process should take around 2-3 weeks.
