We are looking for an Site Growth Analyst to join our eCommerce Solutions team to lead data analytics and real-time tracking, ensuring the quality and stability of our rapidly growing whitelabel solution.
What you will do:
Performance Optimization & Analytics: lead site performance optimization through advanced analytics tools and data-driven insights.
Monitoring & Growth Analysis: monitor key metrics such as traffic, user behavior, and conversion rates to identify growth opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
Analytics Tools & Tracking: leverage tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and heatmaps to track, measure, and analyze website performance.
A/B Testing & CRO: implement A/B testing and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) strategies to improve user engagement and conversion performance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: collaborate closely with marketing, UX, and development teams to enhance user experience and overall site effectiveness.
Tag Management & Data Accuracy: ensure accurate website tracking, including the setup and management of tags in Google Tag Manager for reliable data collection.
Workplace:
We are mainly looking for this role based in Germany, preferably at our headquarters in Berlin. We are a remote-first company, with teams around the Globe and our HQ office in Berlin, where the team often meets in the office.
