    Job Mission 🚀

    As our Channel Marketing Manager you’ll play a key role in accelerating our growth with our Pricing portal and aggregator channel partners.

    You own the end-to-end commercial and technical performance of Tibber in Germany on energy comparison portals (e.g. Verivox, Check24). You will be responsible for not only where we rank but how we convert, ensuring our internal systems are optimized to win the "top spot" profitably, while taking an AI first approach.


    What you'll do ✅

    • Use AI models and real-time competitor data to optimize Portal-Exclusive pricing, offers, and cashback structures that improve rankings while protecting profitable growth.

    • Build strong relationships with portal account managers and lead commercial discussions around commissions (CPA), placements, ranking positions, and newsletter features.

    • Shape and evolve the Aggregator Product Roadmap, including cashback structures and contract terms optimized for comparison algorithms.

    • Own our price and product data feeds, working closely with IT to ensure accurate, real-time, and reliable portal integrations.

    • Improve landing pages and the lead-to-contract flow to reduce leakage, create stronger contextual continuity, and increase conversion.

    • Build and use performance dashboards to track ranking position, funnel health, LTV, churn, and overall channel profitability.


    What we're looking for⚡

    You are driven by impact and know how to turn strategy into execution. The energy market moves in hours, not weeks, so you thrive in fast-paced environments, take ownership, and are comfortable making data-backed decisions quickly.

    We believe you’ll thrive here and in this role if you:

    • Have strong commercial mindset and analytical skills

    • Have experience with performance, affiliate, aggregator, or comparison-based channels

    • Thrive in cross-functional collaboration and enjoy working closely with others to turn insights into action.

    • Have a good understanding of APIs, feeds, and tracking

    • Have experience with CRO, landing page optimization, and funnel performance

    • Have an AI-first mindset, curiosity around automation and optimization, and proven ability to implement and manage AI models for use cases such as ranking optimization, dynamic pricing, or predictive churn analysis.

    • Are fluent in English, both written and spoken. German is a plus.
