About the Role
As we continue to grow, we're expanding our Talent Acquisition team and are excited to introduce a new Recruiter Apprentice role focused on Sales Hiring.
We're looking for a Recruiter Apprentice to join our Talent Acquisition team, supporting the hiring of top sales talent. This 6-month program is designed for someone who wants to build a career in recruitment by learning the fundamentals of sourcing, assessing, and hiring high-performing sales professionals.
You'll work alongside experienced recruiters, gaining hands-on experience and gradually taking ownership of the recruitment process.
What You'll Learn
Candidate Sourcing
Find and engage top sales talent using LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, and other sourcing channels.
Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Learn how to identify what makes a great sales candidate.
Interview & Candidate Assessment
Conduct initial screening interviews.
Assess candidates against the skills and behaviours needed for success in sales.
Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to share candidate insights and interview feedback.
Offer Management
Support the offer process from approval to acceptance.
Keep candidates engaged throughout the hiring journey.
Help deliver an outstanding candidate experience.
