We are looking for a commercially driven and strategically minded Senior Creative Lead (Digital Content) to lead our digital-first creative output across paid and organic channels. Video creative is a core pillar of our long-term strategy, so the successful candidate must bring production experience and be able to deliver content that both inspires and performs. You will lead a team responsible for creating high-impact assets across paid social, campaign activity, and always-on content systems. This role requires a strong understanding of social-first advertising, platform dynamics, and performance-led creative iteration. You should be just as comfortable developing big campaign ideas, potentially involving A-list celebrity talent, as you are building scalable test-and-learn ad frameworks that optimise performance across platforms. Reporting to the Marketing Director and working closely with Social Advertising, Owned Social, Brand, and wider eCommerce teams, you will ensure creative output is closely aligned with commercial objectives, data insights, and platform best practices, while championing a culture of iteration, experimentation, and continuous improvement through the use of data and emerging technologies, including AI.
