As an Senior AI Engineer, you’ll build the intelligence layer that powers our operations—from property management to guest services. We’re developing cutting-edge Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems that transform scattered data into instant, actionable insights, enabling our teams to deliver world-class guest experiences. You will have an impact on: Designing high-performance RAG pipelines using MongoDB Vector DB for lightning-fast semantic search Building LangChain-based agent workflows for complex reasoning tasks Integrating multiple LLM providers (Claude, OpenAI, Gemini) Writing clean, scalable TypeScript code to support rapid growth Monitoring & optimizing with LangSmith and other LLMOps tools Collaborating with a small, agile team to push the boundaries of AI in hospitality Our current benefits Real impact, not AI theater.
