WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

We design and operate tools and pipelines for data orchestration, database replication, MLOps, and stream processing, ensuring sub-second data processing latency.

• Design data-intensive systems and build sub-second data streams to power algorithms.
• Build resilient, scalable systems to process millions of events daily for decision-making.
• Define reusable patterns that accelerate development while ensuring flexibility and error-proofing.
• Collaborate across teams, mentor peers, and provide continuous feedback to drive improvement and ownership.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Background in Software/System Engineering with experience building production-grade data-intensive systems.
• Proficient in system design, handling scaling strategies, and balancing trade-offs like availability vs consistency and latency vs throughput.
• Passionate about real-time data streams, achieving sub-second latency, and working with diverse data processing paradigms.
• Strong interpersonal skills, self-starter with high autonomy, and a focus on knowledge sharing and team growth
