We’re looking for a motivated and driven (Junior) Revenue & Pricing Manager (m/f/d) to manage and optimize pricing and yield strategies across a portfolio of markets in Europe. About the Role

Own revenue and yield performance for a defined regional portfolio as the network scales
Manage prices and set fare rules using the Revenue Management System, including pricing tests
Monitor demand, competition, seasonality, and market dynamics to identify risks and revenue opportunities
Provide cross-country analytical oversight and insights to support data-driven decision-making
Support regional stakeholders with clear (ad hoc) analyses and recommendations
Contribute to cross-functional projects and recommend commercial actions to improve results in collaboration with network planning and marketing
Actively help shape the Revenue Management System itself, and provide feedback to improve processes and tools to drive operational excellence

About You

Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Mathematics, Statistics, or similar
Work experience in pricing, yield management, revenue management, or analytics preferred
Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills with a solid understanding of numbers and performance drivers
Advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI is a plus
Self-driven, resilient, and comfortable working independently within established frameworks
Ability to adapt quickly and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment
Fluent in English, and strong communication skills
