    Performance Marketing Lead

    Salary range: €80 000 - 120 000 /annum

    We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Lead to take full strategic ownership of scaling Almedia's user acquisition to the next level. This pivotal role demands a visionary leader with a proven track record of managing and optimizing large-scale performance marketing operations across diverse channels. You will be directly accountable for aggressive growth targets and multi-million dollar budgets, instrumental in maximizing our overall market footprint and driving significant daily ad spend across Meta, Google, TikTok, and beyond.

    What You'll Do 🎯

    • Develop & Own Growth Strategy: Design and execute the overarching performance marketing strategy to achieve ambitious daily ad spend goals (targeting $100k+ USD/day), continually optimizing for User Acquisition (UA) and Lifetime Value (LTV).

    • Lead Multi-Channel Execution: Direct high-budget UA campaigns across a diverse portfolio including Paid Social (Meta, TikTok) and Google Ads (Search, Display, App Campaigns, YouTube), ensuring a balanced and high-performing channel mix.

    • Strategic Budget Allocation: Manage multi-million dollar budgets with full autonomy. You will make data-driven decisions to shift spend toward high-performers and pause underperforming initiatives to ensure optimal ROI and maximum scale.

    • Identify & Launch New Channels: Proactively research, test, and lead the successful launch of new UA channels from scratch, expanding our reach to untapped audiences and fostering continuous growth.

    • Cross-Functional Growth Leadership: Collaborate strategically with Product, Data, Engineering, and Creative teams to identify new growth levers, improve conversion funnels, and ensure creative assets align with channel-specific best practices.

    • Advanced Analytics & Reporting: Establish robust measurement frameworks and conduct deep-dive analyses on multi-channel performance. You will translate complex data into executive-level insights that drive immediate strategic action.

    • Extensive Strategic Leadership: Senior-level experience (7+ years) in performance marketing, with a demonstrable track record of scaling UA budgets to $100k+ USD daily.

    • Platform Agnostic Expertise: Deep, hands-on expertise across Google Ads, and App Install Networks. You understand the unique algorithms and optimization levers of each platform.

    • New Channel Development: Proven ability to identify and successfully scale new acquisition channels from the ground up.

    • Analytical Rigor: Proficiency in dissecting complex performance data, building attribution models, and formulating high-impact strategies based on unit economics.

    • Industry Preference: Experience in mobile apps, fintech, or gaming is highly preferred, with a strong grasp of user retention and monetization dynamics.
