Deltia is scaling across Commercial and Engineering verticals. We're looking for a Senior Talent Partner to own end-to-end hiring across a vertical while also acting as a strategic HRBP to the business leaders you support.

This is a high-ownership role. You won't just fill roles; you'll shape how we hire, coach the managers doing the hiring, and build the infrastructure that lets us scale without breaking.

    What you'll own

    • Full-cycle recruiting across your verticals, from intake to offer negotiation

    • Sourcing strategy and channel performance across job boards, agencies, and direct pipelines

    • Hiring manager coaching: intake quality, structured interviewing, decision-making calibration

    • Process health: identify bottlenecks, flag risks early, and drive continuous improvement

    • Market intelligence: benchmark compensation, map talent pools, and advise on hiring strategy

    • HRBP partnership with your vertical leads on org design, headcount planning, and people topics as we grow

    • Self-managed prioritisation across competing roles and deadlines, with clear escalation when needed

    What we're looking for

    • 5+ years in in-house talent roles, ideally at a scaling startup or deep-tech company

    • Track record closing senior and technical hires (engineering, ML, commercial, or operations)

    • Comfortable running difficult conversations: pushback on unrealistic briefs, candidate counteroffers, or process breakdowns

    • Sharp process thinking, you notice what's broken before it becomes a problem

    • HRBP or people partner experience, or a strong appetite to grow into it

    • Fluent in English; German is a plus
