• Manage our end-to-end ingestion pipelines using Airbyte and Snowplow for event tracking. You will be responsible for the continuous development and curation of our foundational base layer.

• Design and maintain complex DAGs, implementing robust alerting mechanisms to ensure reliable and efficient data pipeline orchestration.

• Define core modeling principles, build and manage specific data models at the domain level (e.g., marketing, sales), and enforce strict data cleanliness.

• Bridge the gap between engineering and business. You will co-develop the AI Context for Analytics, manage reverse-ETL processes via Hightouch Syncs.

• Bring 5+ years of dedicated experience in Data Engineering or Analytics Engineering.

• Maintain deep, hands-on expertise operating within a modern data architecture (specifically Airbyte, Snowplow, Airflow, dbt, Snowflake, and Hightouch).

• Demonstrate advanced SQL capabilities alongside a strong track record of data modeling and managing extensive DAGs.

• Have practical experience monitoring warehouse economics and optimizing queries to reduce compute costs.

• Understand data governance and GDPR best practices within cloud data warehousing.

• Are highly autonomous, taking full accountability for delivering reliable projects and strategic insights from end to end.

• Have an active interest in the application of AI agents within the modern data stack and data analytics 

• Are fluent in English, both written and spoken, clearly communicating technical concepts to diverse audiences.
