Technical Ownership: You act as a power user for Braze, leveraging Liquid logic and maximizing the potential of new channels like Braze Content Cards.
AI & Personalization: You implement AI-driven workflows to automate and scale user personalization, moving us from manual segment-building to automated, individual relevance.
Scaling Experimentation: You design and run systematic A/B and multivariate tests to optimize user engagement and drive CLV.
Transactional System Management: You are responsible for the technical maintenance and monitoring of our transactional systems to ensure critical user communication is reliable and optimized.

Experience: You bring 4+ years of experience in CRM and Marketing Automation, ideally in a fast-paced, app-based B2C environment
Technical Skills: You have a working knowledge of SQL for data extraction and segmentation. You have a solid understanding of HTML/CSS and Liquid logic.
AI-Affinity: You have a proven interest in AI tools and know how to integrate them into marketing workflows to increase personalization efficiency.
Data Mindset: You love data and testing. You don’t just "send" campaigns; you analyze, iterate, and optimize based on clear KPIs.
Communication: You are fluent in English (German is a strong plus).
