In your role as an Intern - Growth Strategy & Operations (m/f/x), you will work directly with Senior Management on all aspects of Marketing and Growth. 

Your mission

• You develop growth hypotheses and execute projects yourself using creative tools, AI agents and visual content.
• You use AI not as a toy, but as a productivity multiplier: you know what's possible today and you're already trying what's next tomorrow.
• You have a keen sense of business impact, design and content.
• You are data-driven, not gut-driven.

You work deeply embedded as part of our 12+ person marketing & product growth team and collaborate across all functions – from performance to CRM to content.

Your profile

• You want ownership of problems, not simple lists of tasks. You think along and always understand the "why" before you dive in.
• You have a proven track record of building and finishing projects, not just conceptualising them. You are incredibly hands-on: you’re not afraid to really build the landing page yourself, talk to an agency yourself or draft a real design.
• You think strategically, but you don't get lost in strategy. In the end, what matters is what goes live.
• You have experience in a fast-growing environment – startup, scale-up, management consulting, or similar.
• You are fully business fluent in English. German, Danish, Dutch or Norwegian are beneficial.
• We don't care what you are studying.
