Technician (f/m/x)

The Technician is responsible for maintaining and fixing issues across the portfolio on-site in Germany. The role requires strong prioritization across locations, a mindset oriented toward permanent fixes and root cause analysis, and a genuine understanding of guest experience, as this is one of the few roles with direct guest-facing contact. Hands-on technical background (maintenance, repair, general trades) Strong prioritization skills, able to triage by location and urgency Root cause analysis mindset: fixes issues durably, not just temporarily Guest-oriented, comfortable interacting with guests professionally Autonomous and proactive; able to manage their own workload on-site German required; basic English a plus Driver's license expected Respond to and resolve technical issues across the portfolio in a timely manner Prioritize interventions based on location, urgency, and guest impact Apply a permanent-fix mindset, identify root causes and prevent recurrence Assess and escalate issues beyond scope when needed Interact directly with guests on-site when required, with a clear understanding of the impact on their experience Coordinate with the Property Management team to align on priorities and communicate status Real impact instead of another AI theater.
