    Job Description

    We are looking for a Product Manager to own a key part of the Professional, agent-facing side of the Immowelt marketplace, with a specific focus on lead management, agent messaging, and our professional mobile tooling to be launched later this year. 

    Leads are core value-creation activities, representing user inquiries on real estate listings.

    You will own the experience determining how agents manage leads at their desks or on the move. This high-impact role involves user discovery, data-driven decision-making, and migrating agents to a modern, consolidated toolset.

    You will report directly to the Product Director and work closely with a cross-functional product team. You will also play a central role in a major programme to deprecate our legacy products and migrate agents to a modern, consolidated toolset.

    We need a strong mid-level PM ready to grow, offering real responsibility and a clear path to greater scope.

    YOUR MISSION

    Consolidate the agent workspace for managing leads by:

    Executing the Agent Leads Hub roadmap for managing message enquiries and call tracking and live chat.

    Leading the migration from legacy tools to modern workflows, retiring technical debt.

    Scoping instant messaging and document sharing for Pro customers, get us to a go/no go decision for this functionality.

    Shaping the Immowelt GO mobile app (iOS/Android) featuring quality scoring, auto-responders, and chat for a late 2026 launch.

    Conducting regular user discovery via site visits and data analysis to guide roadmap decisions.



    WHAT YOU WILL DO

    Product Discovery & Strategy

    • Run dual-track discovery to maintain an evidenced backlog.
    • Synthesise research, behavioural data, and sales feedback into a prioritised roadmap.
    • Define measurable goals and north-star metrics for all initiatives.
    • Validate opportunities through fast experimentation and iterative shipping.

    Delivery & Execution

    • Own end-to-end delivery in partnership with engineering and design.
    • Engage in architecture discussions and build vs. buy decisions.
    • Drive legacy deprecation with clear migration plans and communication.
    • Ensure mobile quality across iOS and Android agent experiences.

    Data & Experimentation

    • Define instrumentation requirements for full product measurability.
    • Query data independently to validate hypotheses and monitor performance.
    • Focus on outcome-based metrics that drive agent and business value.

    Stakeholder Communication

    • Align stakeholders from engineering to senior leadership on strategy and progress.
    • Present roadmap updates to leadership using strategic context and storytelling.
    • Collaborate with account managers to surface pain points and close feedback loops.

       

    Qualifications

    WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

    Experience & Background

    • 3+ years as a PM, ideally in B2B SaaS, marketplaces, or PropTech.
    • Proven impact from discovery through delivery in agile squads.
    • Experience working in cross-functional agile squads, with genuine ownership – not just backlog management.
    • Familiarity with dual-track discovery and delivery methodologies.
    • Experience with iOS/Android mobile product development is a plus.

    Data & Technical Skills

    • Comfortable validating assumptions and monitoring product health through data.
    • Technical fluency to discuss APIs and delivery trade-offs with engineers.
    • Experience with A/B testing and validation tools.
    • Proficient with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.) and prototyping (Claude Code, Replit, Lovable) is a plus.

    Communication & Mindset

    • Structured communicator effective with technical and non-technical audiences.
    • Action-oriented with an ownership mindset and comfort with ambiguity.

    Language & Location

    • Must speak & write German at B2 level or above (native speaker preferred). This is a customer-facing product role where market and linguistic understanding matters.
    • Strong written and spoken English is also required for collaboration across the Aviv Group.
    • We prefer candidates based in or willing to relocate to Berlin or Nuremberg. Weekly in-office presence is preferred.
