Group Product Lead (m|w|d) B2C Products

Every product decision across idealo's shopping experience contributes to how millions of users discover, compare and choose products every day.

As Group Product Lead for B2C Products at idealo, you lead the Product Leads and Product Managers responsible for idealo's core customer-facing experience across web and apps. You combine hands-on product work with coaching your team, ensuring your group consistently delivers for millions of users.

As a player-coach, you stay hands-on in selected parts of the portfolio while owning the roadmap and delivery across the group. You resolve competing priorities, align work across product areas, and ensure your teams deliver a coherent customer experience.

This is a highly visible role at the center of idealo's shopping experience across our international markets.

About your ew role

• Lead and coach Product Leads and Product Managers across idealo's customer-facing products, including product discovery, product and offer selection, offer decision-making, placements, retention features, visual product presentation, deals pages and voucher experiences. 

• Own the roadmap and delivery across your group, ensuring the individual roadmaps of your Product Leads form one coherent and well-prioritized portfolio. 

• Stay hands-on in selected parts of the portfolio while supporting your team as a player-coach. 

• Resolve conflicts between Product Leads competing for shared engineering capacity, stakeholder attention or product priorities. 

• Partner closely with Engineering teams and Principal Engineers to align technical direction and product priorities. 

• Represent your group's priorities and delivery to the VP Product, align closely with the Group Product Leads for B2B and Catalogue/Foundation, and translate company objectives into clear priorities for your teams.
