    We help manufacturers - one of the most essential and overlooked sectors of our economy - run better. Every car, wind turbine, medical device, and washing machine comes from a factory. But factories today are running out of people. They struggle with efficiency, safety, and quality - and they desperately need better tools to understand what’s happening on the shop floor.

    That’s where we come in. Deltia builds AI-powered computer vision systems that give manufacturers deep visibility into how their production lines actually run - and the insights to improve them. We don’t sell ads or marketing software. We help real factories solve real problems.

    What you’ll do

    • Identify and reach out to potential manufacturing customers across Europe.

    • Start conversations with operations, production, and quality leaders - the people running factories day to day.

    • Qualify leads and book meetings for our Account Executives.

    • Partner closely with your AE to shape pipeline, messaging, and market feedback.

    • Help us scale our go-to-market playbook as we grow.

    What we’re looking for

    • 1-3 years in B2B sales or sales development (software experience helps, but curiosity and drive matter more).

    • You move fast, take initiative, and have grit.

    • Strong communication skills - written, spoken, and over the phone.

    • Comfortable talking to engineers, production managers, and factory leaders.

    • Organized and disciplined - you keep clean notes and know your numbers.

    • Goal-oriented and motivated by learning and growth.

    Bonus points

    • Experience with tools like HubSpot, Sales Navigator, Lemlist, or Aircall.

    • Familiarity with automation tools (Clay, n8n, or similar).

    • Interest in AI, robotics, or manufacturing tech.
