    Kleinanzeigen is the leading online classifieds market in Germany. Users buy and sell on Germany's No. 1 for classifieds mainly second-hand. In this way they make an active contribution to more sustainability. Since June 2021, the company has been part of Adevinta, a global provider of online classified ads. In May 2023, the name was changed to Kleinanzeigen. The Job: You will shape how millions of users experience and pay for premium services on one of Germany's largest online marketplaces. As a (Senior) Pricing Manager, you will own pricing and monetization initiatives across Kleinanzeigen's C2C marketplace and help build our pricing function from the ground up.We are hiring at either Pricing Manager or Senior Pricing Manager level, depending on your experience, track record and demonstrated impact in pricing and monetization. This is a hybrid role, our office is in Berlin-Charlottenburg. You report to the Pricing Lead. You bring 5+ years (Pricing Manager) or 8+ years (Senior Pricing Manager) of experience in Pricing, Monetization or Revenue Strategy within a marketplace, classifieds, ecommerce, SaaS or subscription business. You have hands-on experience with dynamic or automated pricing systems and have designed or significantly improved pricing algorithms, pricing engines or experimentation frameworks. You have strong expertise in pricing strategy, including value-based pricing, customer segmentation, elasticity analysis, pricing experiments and revenue modelling, as well as developing and scaling digital monetization models such as subscriptions, transaction-based models, freemium offerings or paid features. You have strong analytical skills and are comfortable building pricing models, interpreting large datasets and partnering with Data Science and Engineering teams. Experience applying machine learning to pricing is a plus. You enjoy owning pricing initiatives end-to-end, from identifying opportunities and testing hypotheses to rollout, performance tracking and driving cross-functional alignment across Product, Engineering, Analytics, Finance and Commercial teams. You are curious about how AI can improve pricing, monetization and decision-making, and are eager to apply AI-powered tools in your daily work. You have professional working proficiency in English. German language skills at B2 level or above are a plus. Own end-to-end pricing and monetization initiatives – from opportunity identification and business case development to experimentation, rollout and performance monitoring. Design and continuously optimize pricing strategies for digital products, including paid features, subscriptions, transaction fees, insertion and extension fees, and future monetization models. Develop and evolve dynamic pricing and automated pricing solutions using customer, market and behavioral data. Design and evaluate pricing experiments, analyze customer behavior and price elasticity, and translate insights into commercial recommendations. Build robust pricing models and revenue forecasts to support strategic decision-making. Partner closely with Product, Data Science, Engineering, Analytics, Finance and Commercial teams to embed pricing capabilities into our platform and product experiences.
