    The Role

    As a (Lead) Partner Growth Manager (m/f/d) at forward earth, you’ll own and drive growth through our partner channel. You’ll build strong relationships with both new and existing partners, support them through onboarding, and help turn our collaboration into real commercial success. The role blends strategic thinking, sophisticated stakeholder management, and hands-on sales execution in a fast-moving, high-impact environment.

    • Lead acquisition of new partners
      Identify, evaluate, and secure high-potential partners who can embed forward earth into their offerings.

    • Launch and activate new partnerships
      Guide new partners through onboarding while aligning on go-to-market strategy, use cases, and activation plans.

    • Drive software sales alongside experienced stakeholders
      Collaborate with partners and internal teams to structure and close high-quality SaaS deals. Many of these involve technically and commercially sophisticated decision-makers.

    • Manage complex and atypical sales cycles
      Coordinate across multiple internal and external stakeholders, navigating regulatory requirements, technical discussions, and non-linear decision-making processes.

    • Collaborate across teams
      Work closely with product, engineering, and operations to ensure we align on what is promised, delivered, and learned, especially in early-stage partnerships.

    • Help build the partner growth playbook
      Your feedback will directly shape how we scale this channel, including qualification criteria, collateral, pricing structures, and strategic positioning.
