- Research & Experimentation: Research and delve into cutting-edge AI techniques, prototype novel ideas, and rigorously validate concepts through experiments and metrics.
- End-to-End Development: Transform research insights into production-ready features through careful planning, prototype development, quality assurance, and seamless integration of AI functionalities.
- Problem Solving & Innovation: With a curious and analytical mindset, you’ll ask the deeper “why” questions to uncover root problems, explore creative solutions, and bring them to life.
- Take a product-focused approach and care about building solutions that are robust, scalable, and easy to use.
Nach wem wir suchen
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in: Data-Sience, Machine learning, Deeplearning, Generative AI & AI-Agents. With a proven track record of developing and deploying AI-driven solutions in production environments. Focus is especially on bridge from prototype to bring it into production.
- Strong Software-Engineering OR Data-Science background. Have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or comparable experience.
- Strong analytical, logical reasoning, skills with a creative approach to problem-solving.
- Willingness to learn new technologies, work within uncertainties and adapt to changing requirements.
- Communication skills, collaborative attitude and ability to work effectively within a diverse team.
