    What you'll do here at Sharpist

    As Enterprise Relationship Manager you have an tangible impact at how companies train and develop the next generation of employees across the globe. 

    You play a key role contributing to our go-to-market strategy, and and take full ownership of growing our most critical accounts.

    You get to partner with some of the most exciting brands in DACH and globally—including heavyweights like IKEA, LVMH, and GetYourGuide. 

    You anchor their strategic and employee development initiatives using Sharpist’s unique digital coaching approach, fueled by our world-class learner experience.

    In this role, you are the "face" of Sharpist to the customer. 

    Here is how the role breaks down:

    • 70% Account Management & Growth: Using business acumen and a consultative mindset, you proactively anticipate our clients' strategic needs and identify where our solutions can help them crush their goals.

    • 30% Project Management & Extreme Customer Satisfaction: Because you genuinely care about excellence and our mission, you coordinate client requests seamlessly. You move quickly and precisely to ensure a level of customer satisfaction that goes beyond their expectations.

    Within 1 month, you will…

    • Have a successful onboarding and get to know your key stakeholders.

    • Understand the core value Sharpist provides to business customers and learners

    Within 1 quarter, you will…

    • Understand your territory and build a territory plan in line with your sales target. 

    • Identify strategic growth opportunities to support existing clients reach their goals

    • Meet with senior-level executives to demonstrate the value of our product

    Within 1 year, you will…

    • Significantly contribute to our enterprise segment growth

    • Create trust and cement long-term relationships 

    • Grow revenue by identifying customers' needs, implementing strategic initiatives to support them.
