About the Role:

We're looking for a curious and data-driven Working Student to join our Data & Analytics team in Berlin. You'll play a hands-on role in building dashboards, supporting analyses, and helping our stakeholders make smarter, faster decisions with data. If you love turning numbers into stories, enjoy learning new tools (including AI-powered ones), and thrive in a collaborative environment—this role is for you.

What is the Role about?

- Build and maintain BI dashboards in Looker, working closely with stakeholders and guided by a Senior Analyst.

- Support dashboard migrations by adjusting visualizations and integrating new data sources.

- Contribute to data quality assurance during larger data migrations, including building automated and reusable data checks and dbt tests.

- Collaborate on ad-hoc analyses and deep dives alongside Senior Analysts to answer real business questions.

- Learn to work with a modern data stack, including dbt, Looker, Snowflake and more.

- Grow into a confident creator of visualizations and insights, with the opportunity to take on more complex projects across data, analytics, and AI over time.

What You Need To Be Successful:

- Currently enrolled in a data or quantitative degree (e.g. data science, computer science, statistics, mathematics, or business).

- Foundational programming experience with SQL, R, or Python (preferred).

- Some hands-on data project experience, ideally involving analysis and communicating insights to non-technical audiences.

- Curious and a fast learner, enthusiastic about technology, AI, and data.

- Detail-oriented and data-literate, with a good eye for data visualization and design.

- Strong communication skills — able to summarize and present information clearly, and not afraid to ask questions.

- A self-starter mindset: you can figure things out independently and follow through reliably.
