Explore your future career  🔭   As Strategic Account Executive Mid-Market at Malt, you own the full sales cycle, from outbound prospecting to closing new customers. This is a high-impact role designed for people with strong sales fundamentals, having a real impact on Malt’s Mid-Market growth.   You will target the backbone of the German economy: the Mittelstand and High-Growth companies (typically 500 - 2,000 FTEs). Your goal is to help them accelerate their digital transformation by accessing the best freelance talent in Europe. You act as a trusted advisor to C-Levels and HR Directors, combining execution rigor with strategic business acumen.
