Hard Requirements
- 1–3 years consulting banking oder einem startup
- Broad understanding of the GTM tooling landscape and best practices (CRM, outbound tools, automation)
- Based in Berlin or willing to relocate
- Fluent in English; German is a strong plus
- Plus, but not required: Strong technical literacy, ideally a CS degree or hands-on engineering experience, so you can engage credibly with our product and infrastructure teams without needing everything translated.
