    • We are still just getting started: Backed by the world's best consumer investors, we aim to revolutionize the soft drink industry and build a generational love brand: tastier, healthier & more sustainable. Our team of 150+ people aims high (Coca-Cola, we're coming for you!).

    About the Position

HOLY's Field Force is our boots on the ground — executing every day in stores across the country. As we continue to scale our retail presence, the quality of our field execution becomes a key driver.

As our (Sr.) Commercial Analyst, you are the analytical backbone of Field Sales. You sit at the intersection of data and action — transforming complex datasets into clear priorities, sharp recommendations, and measurable impact for our Raptors, RVLs, and commercial leadership.

This is not a reporting role. It's a role for someone who gets restless when data just sits there. You ask "so what?" before anyone has to — and you make sure the answer turns into something the Field Force can actually act on.

    Responsibilities

    • Field Force Performance Management:
Own the reporting and analysis of all Field Force KPIs — including distribution, visit effectiveness, display sales, execution quality, and productivity. Identify performance gaps and opportunities to improve in-field execution continuously.
    • Opportunity Identification & Prioritization:
Analyze store, account, regional, and rep-level data to surface the biggest growth opportunities. Translate findings into clear, prioritized action plans for Raptors, RVLs, and leadership — focused on the few things that drive the most impact.
    • Route-to-Market & Resource Optimization:
Support the optimization of visit frequencies, regional coverage, strike activities, and resource allocation to maximize ROI across the Field Force organization.
    • Automation & Reporting Infrastructure:
Hands-on work with SQL, a solid understanding of data structures (including building and maintaining tables in the Data Warehouse), dashboard tools (Metabase, Looker Studio), and a default AI-first approach to accelerate development. The goal: systems that work without constant intervention.

    About You

    • Commercial Acumen: You understand how distribution, visibility, availability, and execution drive retail sales. You connect field activities to business outcomes.
    • Analytical Excellence: Strong in Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, and BI tools (Metabase, Looker Studio, or similar). You can take a complex dataset and turn it into a simple, actionable business recommendation. AI-first by default.
    • Action-Oriented: Your analysis always answers two questions: So what? and What do we do next? Reporting for the sake of reporting doesn't interest you.
    • 80/20 Thinker: You identify the few opportunities that generate the majority of commercial impact — and you help the organization focus accordingly.
    • Builder Mentality: You enjoy creating infrastructure and systems in a fast-scaling environment, while staying close to the operational detail and the people using your output.
    • Strong Communicator: You translate analytical complexity into clear, confident recommendations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
    • Language & tools: Fluent in German and English; comfortable working with Metabase, Looker Studio, SQL, Notion, and Slack.
