    🚀 Arbio is looking for a tech-savvy GTM Intern to support our Chief of Staff in scaling our growth engine 💭 We asked ourselves: "How do we win Europe's vacation rental market?" The answer: "Build a GTM machine that moves faster than anyone else." We kicked this off three months ago - now we're looking for someone to help us scale what's already working. Last year, we raised €36M Series A (led by Eurazeo) to build Europe's first AI-native platform for vacation rentals. We've spent the last months building our GTM foundation and closing our first deals. Now we need someone who comes in running - not to figure out the basics, but to push things further. You are: German-native (our market is DACH) Basic tech understanding: Not a developer, but you (want to) understand automation, AI tools, and what's possible with modern tech Comfortable with people: You can sell and you're not afraid of rejection Founder-minded: You want to build something, not just do a job. (Bonus) Creative: You have an eye for product design and social content. Why this matters: Real ownership from day one: The growth engine is live. The foundation is there, the playbook is being written - you're here to make it scale. Direct access to founders: Short decision paths. Your ideas get implemented, not lost in hierarchy. Career catapult: You'll own more in 3 months here than most people do in 2 years elsewhere. And if you crush it, we want to keep you. What you'll own: Growth engineering: Automate everything. Build MVPs. Ship fast. Use AI tools to move 10x faster than traditional sales teams. Organic & performance marketing: Own content and paid channels that drive inbound pipeline - from LinkedIn to Google Ads to whatever works. Active deal work: You're not just generating leads - you're in the deals. Talk to prospects, follow up, help close. You'll have real accounts to own. Product-market fit discovery: Your customer conversations directly shape what we build. You're not executing someone else's strategy - you're evolving it.
