We are seeking an accomplished Internal Platforms Lead (d/f/m) to join our team. In this senior role, you will take ownership of the design, optimization, and secure operation of our critical business systems, with a focus on collaboration platforms and Identity & Access Management (IAM). You will lead complex projects and act as a technical authority, collaborating with cross-functional teams to set standards, drive automation, and deliver innovative solutions that support our business objectives. Required Experience & Skills 5+ years with collaboration platforms (e.g., Slack, Google Workspace) 3+ years with IAM solutions (e.g. Okta, Sailpoint, etc.) Strong knowledge of security frameworks, compliance, and data retention Skilled in automation (Bash, Python, APIs) and cloud/hybrid environments (AWS, GCP) Familiar with compliance standards (e.g. PCI, NIS2, SOX, GDPR) Experienced in ITSM tools, process optimization, and service delivery Proficient in leveraging AI for automation and smart solutions Strategic, proactive, and committed to continuous improvement Systems thinking and holistic solution design Expert technology advice Strong technical communication and troubleshooting Key Responsibilities Stakeholder management with central and agency stakeholders Lead the maintenance, optimization, and troubleshooting of our IT tooling landscape (Google workspace, HRIS/ HiBob, Slack, JIRA, Confluence, MIRO, Jetbrains, Microsoft 365) Drive improvements into process workflows and service delivery Implement automation solutions to enhance collaboration efficiency and user experience Manage and optimize our Indentity Access Management applications and integrations, ensuring security and scalability Develop, enforce, and continuously improve security policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks Design and maintain retention automation systems for data governance and regulatory compliance 💚 Your benefits at Kleinanzeigen At Kleinanzeigen, we care about our people — their wellbeing, growth, and life beyond work.
