This role is ideal for someone with 3–5 years of experience who is hands-on, curious, and comfortable working with automation tools, AI technologies, and foundation LLMs.You’ll work closely with the sales, product, and engineering teams to understand client needs, build demos and PoCs, and help show how Otera’s technology can solve real business problems.🔥 Key ResponsibilitiesBuild demos, PoCs, and lightweight applications to support pre-sales conversations and client engagements.Translate client requirements into practical technical solutions using automation and AI technologies.Work with tools and technologies such as RPA platforms, n8n, agentic workflows, foundation LLMs, APIs, and scripting.Support the sales team by providing technical input during discovery calls, demos, and follow-up discussions.Help clients understand how Otera’s technology can streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.Collaborate with product and engineering teams to adapt demos and PoCs to specific client use cases.Gather feedback from prospects and clients to help inform product improvements.Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.😊 About YouExperience: 3–5 years of experience in solutions engineering, pre-sales, technical consulting, automation, or a similar hands-on technical role.Automation Experience: Practical experience building automations using RPA tools, n8n, agentic technologies, or similar workflow automation platforms.AI / LLM Knowledge: Experience working with foundation LLMs and an interest in applying AI to real business processes.Technical Aptitude: Comfortable working with APIs, scripting, and building functional demos or prototypes.Hands-on Mindset: You enjoy building PoCs, demos, and applications that help bring client use cases to life.Communication: Able to explain technical concepts clearly and connect them to business value.Collaboration: Comfortable working closely with sales, product, and engineering teams in a fast-moving environment.Autonomy: Self-driven, proactive, and able to manage priorities with limited supervision.Languages: Fluent English is required.
