    Job Description

    We are looking for an experienced and committed Campaign and Performance Manager (m/f/d) to join our team. In this role, you will drive high-performing digital campaigns end-to-end across multiple channels, turning ideas into measurable results and fueling a scalable lead generation engine.

    Your mission

    • End-to-end campaign management: You own the entire campaign process – from initial idea and concept through creation to execution across all relevant digital channels (LinkedIn, Google, YouTube)
    • Strategy & channel management: You develop the optimal channel mix, segment target audiences, refine messaging, and define relevant KPIs to measure success.
    • AI-driven innovation: You leverage modern AI workflows for text, image, and video to make production processes more efficient and creative.
    • Content creation & design: Leverage strong visual expertise to produce high-quality advertisements, graphics, and key visuals independently or in collaboration with the team, using tools such as Figma and Adobe.
    • Analysis & Optimization: You analyze campaign performance, create insightful reports, and derive concrete optimization measures in line with your budget.

    Your profile

    • 3+ years of professional experience in paid social or performance marketing—ideally in a fast-growing environment or agency.
    • Analytical & strategic thinking: You think in a data-driven way, understand the connections between ad spend, funnel performance, and business KPIs—and make informed decisions based on your analyses.
    • Strong conceptual and storytelling skills, with a passion for creating ideas and formats that authentically showcase brands.
    • Team player with strong communication skills and business-fluent English and German.
    • Highly proactive & independent: You work in a structured, proactive manner and enjoy taking on responsibility—from testing plans to reporting.
